Laser Toner Cartridge TN360-COM

I bought 3 cartridges and replaced one with the old one but the “toner low” sign won’t go away. I have not tested the other two but they are probably the same low quality stuff. Very disappointed but that’s what you get for this price, I guess.

Cartridge was installed and printer immediately made loud clicking noise. Tried re-installing with same result. Placed a genuine Brother TN360 in printer and all worked fine. Compatible cartridge was returned. Will I order another compatible cartridge from Inkers? Yes. Always willing to give another chance.

I ordered two laser toner cartridges from a vendor on Amazon. This is the first time I have used anything other than Brother cartridges. The first one looked okay when I took it out of the package, but when I printed a document, the pages were all streaked badly along both of the long sides of the paper. I then opened the second cartridge. It had leaked toner, and it was visible and all over my hands even before I took off the yellow plastic cover. I cleaned up the mess as best as I could using several tisses. When I tried printing the same document, there was still light streaking on both sides of the paper, although not as bad as with the first cartridge, and also each sheet had a large black blob of toner on the upper left side of the paper.
This is a pretty new laser printer — about a month old — with very little use, so I do not think the issue is with the printer itself. The starter cartridge from Brother that came with the printer worked perfectly.

This would not work with my printer. It didn’t even seem to
be the right size to work. It was cheap(deservidly so) I’ll stick with OEM stuff now. It was only 27$ but it would cost me half that just to ship it back.
A total waste of my time to order this.

I have a Brother HL-2140 printer and this toner was listed to fit this machine. The box and advertisement lists HL-2140 but it won’t fit/work in this printer. When comparing it with the original toner, it is easy to see the difference in size. Why the seller lists it this way, suggests shoddy research and advertising – it reflects lack of quality control with this business. They need to do a better job of making sure what they put on the box/advertise will work – avoid them. It only cost me about $27.00 to learn this.
