Suction cup is very strong and easy to suction. Long enough for angled windshields (I have a Honda Fit which has a really angled windshield). Clips right in with no problems. Only issue is the wires from the module extend up to wherever the device is mounted (to be expected when you mount to your windshield) so I didn't take off any stars for that. It is very adjustable, and feels solid and well made. The suction cup also holds very firm on the glass, a big plus since most window-mount devices like this constantly fall off. Unfortunately, after about a month, the adapter broke off, right behind the plate at the swivel. I was adjusting the swivel, while it was attached to the window, so there is no way that I put that much pressure on it, but it just snapped off in my hand. I looked at it pretty closely, and I couldn't see any defects that could have contributed to it breaking, it must be just the poor quality of the plastic or molding process. <br /> <br />Were it not for the seemingly poor quality, this mount would have easily gotten 4 or 5 stars from me. Great design, but it's just not up to the quality of previous Arkon mounts I have owned.
