Cliplets Cinemagraph Making App For Windows Now Available

For those who are not that quite aware of cinemagraphs, they are so called because these are not just static images, they also incorporate certain moving aspects of video as part of the overall image. You can see them as a still image with a certain dynamic component that makes them quite unique. When you consider a cross between a static still image and a dynamic moving picture, what you get is a cinemagraph.

Cinemagraphs are once just a unique style of dynamic image similar to a GIF that was once only available on iOS. But now, Microsoft Research has recently created the Cliplets app that will allow Windows PC users to create their own cinemagraphs on their Windows PC easily. The Cliplets app is available for free download at Microsoft Research.
